Sugar Loaf Mango is a yellow oblique oval. The flesh is pale yellow, soft and fibrous, and may ripen unevenly. The unripe side has a pineapple-like flavor, while the ripe side has an incredible coconut aroma and strong dessert-like sweetness. I think it tastes like a Mounds candy bar. The seeds are polyembryonic and often break within the shell.
